This policy applies to every calculator, guide and explanation page. It states how we choose sources, check the math and fix errors.

Sources

We cite only checkable sources: Examenblad.nl, SLO, recognized school textbooks, and CBS or the Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authority) where Dutch figures matter. A source you cannot check yourself is not listed.

Checking the math

Every worked example is recomputed automatically with the same code as the calculator. Each calculator has test sums that are recalculated after every change. We do not publish an answer without steps.

Level

A vmbo, havo or vwo tab appears only when the topic belongs in that exam program. We do not fill a tab just to complete the set.

Author rule

The byline is Wiskundehulp-redactie until there is a real, named author.

Dates

The “updated” line changes only for a content correction, not for a color tweak or a layout comma.

Errors

If a number is wrong, we fix the page and set the real change date. Until launch, the report path is on the contact page.
